“I bought some beautiful knee length boots from Begg Shoes and when they came to send them out they noticed a few minor scratches and were good enough to let me know as they were the last ones in stock. They sent photos to check whether I'd still be happy to receive them. This was really exceptional customer service as many companies would just have sent out the boots without getting in touch. I choose to accept them and when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised as they looked absolutely fine.”

“Staff in both Inverness shops couldn't be more helpful. Lovely shopping experience. Lovely selection of footwear to choose from. (More wide fit please ! 🤔). Overall... only shop there now for shoes, boots,bags and purses”

“Love my boots but the heels show wear very quickly. I took them to a shoe repair service who has advised they are basically not repairable. The entire sole can be replaced at an estimated cost of £85!”
