“I purchased 3 pairs of boots. Unfortunately, particularly because I really liked one pair, they were too narrow & I had to return them. They went back in 2 parcels & one failed to arrive. I presented the proof of postage & Beggs took the matter up with the Royal Mail & refunded my money. I am very impressed & will be looking for some Begg products that I can buy.”

“Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a pair of shoes (a manufacturing defect, not Beggs’ fault) and they went over and above to put it right. I’ll choose Beggs again in future because the customer service is so great. The delivery times are also super quick.”

It's not your fault for the product to not arrive to me as the postal in EU lost it on the way, but the quick replies, constant updates and fast solution to a problem provided proof that you care about the customer. “I have ordered from here previously and it’s the best store for purchasing footwear online. The communication is excellent from placing the order to dispatch. I ordered on a Friday evening and it arrived the following Tuesday. I would definitely recommend.”
