Hello Barbara Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your experience on this occasion. Very occasionally when we process orders, we find that an item has been sold through in the time it took between the order being placed and the order working its way through our system. In these instances we always try to offer an alternative style or colour for replacement. If a suitable alternative style cannot be found, we will inform the customer of a full refund for the order. Hello Mary Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting to receive your parcel. We are proud to offer a very speedy dispatch time and our delivery partners Royal Mail provide an excellent service almost all of the time. I am sorry to hear that on this occasion you have not received this excellent service. I have checked the tracking information and I can see that delivery was attempted on November 4th. Your local post service EPG left a notice about how to arrange redelivery or collection. I would recommend contacting your local post depot with your tracking number to find out if they can redelivery your parcel. The zipper on the left boot was so damaged. The top was twisted and the zipper was unuseable. When i went to return the boots, the shipping was $37.50. I sent an email to your website and you wanted proof of my shipping charges, when it is visible on the package itself. As i stated. I did however send a copy of my bill from the post office. Spent almost as much on shipping as i did on the boots...

As we have discussed, we are now waiting to receive the faulty boots back in our care and we will process a full refund for your order, as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the boots to us. Thank you for clarifying that the price of the shipping charges is on the parcel. Some couriers do not include this information on the parcel so we need to ask for the proof of shipping charges in the form of a receipt. We are in the process of setting up a new US Returns label system for our US customers, as we recognise that returns shipping costs can be steep. We hope to have this system in place this week, and we hope our US customers will benefit greatly from it. We look forward to receiving your returned boots, and we will soon be in contact with you directly to arrange the reimbursement of the shipping costs. 1. Unable to track for almost 3 weeks since despatched. 2. box was totally damage upon receiving 3. the shoes top part right side stitch came out after 3rd day of wearing it, send it for shoe repair I have no time to complain coz it make me more stress and decided not to send it back coz it will cost me more paying the shipping. What a terrible experience

Order placed August 14th, nothing received, tracking not updated from royal mail. Have emailed Begg shoes with the only reply being they can raise an enquiry after 25days with royal mail. Poor, poor customer service. Would not reccomend or use again.

I never received my package. I understand the shoes were sent with a signature required. Of course I WORK, so the USPS left a note. Went to the post office - no shoes anywhere. Someone got a nice pair of shoes - but it was NOT ME! 😰

This pair fit differently (smaller) than my two previous purchases of the same brand and same size. But returning them to UK would be a hassle.

Hello, I am sorry you have not had a more positive experience of the shoes you purchased from us. We have a wide variety of brands who offer various shapes (lasts), and some brands have different shapes which don't always fit as well despite being the same size. There are lots of advantages to shopping with us from overseas including saving money by not having to pay VAT on goods and shopping from a wide selection of European designers not readily available outside of Europe. Unfortunately shipping costs for both outward and return journeys are not one of these advantages, but I hope you consider shopping with us in the future Kind regards Begg Shoes
