“Whilst I love the tablecloths, pattern and colours are beautiful, I was extremely disappointed the items were advertised as a set with napkins but not included with napkins , surely it’s illegal to show an advert for something that isn’t fact, For that reason I will only afford 3 stars , and the online description from Beddings Direct needs to be amended forthwith to avoid disappointment.”

“Very peculiar material. Chucked straight into the washing machine, as one would with new bedding and came out so creased I was absolutely disgusted. After the dryer it was even worse. However, when on bed, still looked creased but quite cool and comfy. Fitting is deep, which is what I was after for my deep mattress. (Photo is after I have slept on it for a week. That's a lie, two. lol)”

“Wrapping and delivery excellent, although I did request to throw over back gate if out, but still left it with neighbour, also one set of pillow slips and one bottom sheet were creased and looked used, also colour not as shown it looked darker online I wished description had said powder blue or light blue, I spent £50 and can’t use them but can’t be bothered with returning them”

“when I ordered everything was in stock I had to contact on 3 occasions re delivery the order took 2 weeks to be delivered even though when i rang I was promised what was available would be delivered next day it was not I was told I would receive a text prior to delivery to ensure someone could except the order I did not. If you are told the truth that items are not in stock and the proper delivery date you know exactly where you are. The three gentleman all defensive and claiming it wasn't them who had spoken to me and they had no idea what was happening. Customer service No. I actually received this survey 2 weeks prior to delivery. I do not know what the products are like yet but I sincerely hope they are better than the staff.”

“Very reasonable price. Excellent delivery service. Bought these fitted sheets for my B&B. They are adequate for the price I paid for them. Iron very easily after initial wash before using them on the beds. Time will only tell if they stand the test of regular use and washing.”

“Service was good , but disappointed with the quality . I bought the 500grm Egyptian cotton but they are very thin and not fluffy at all I expected better quality with the 500gsm weight”

“The quality of the 700gsm white towels that I purchased is poor. The thickness of the towels does not appear to reflect the suggested quality (Luxury Egyptian cotton 700gsm). The finish of the product is also poor with many loose threads. Unfortunately due to the urgency of my need and the cost of sending back, it was not practical to return the products. Follow-up: I cannot fault the customer service from Beddings Direct, They have called me to review my purchase, Explaining why the quality of my order was not as expected, (to be fair, once the towels were washed and tumble dried the 'feel' of them did improve). They have agreed to partially refund the cost of the towels, to cover those with loose and coloured threads and advised that they will review the quality with their manufacturers. They have also agreed to send me a sample of a bath towel should I decide to order any further. I will update my feedback further afterwards.”

“Bought superking fitted sheets in a pack of 5 so very good value but the sheets seems to be baggy on the width, if that makes sense. The elastic doesn't seems to be taught enough. Therefore the problem is that when my hubby turns over in the night, the sheet moves with him! Plenty deep enough ajthough I still have to straighten the sheet every morning which is a real pain.”
