“Very disappointed with these towels. The bath sheet size is advertised as 100 x 150 cm, but the towels were only 90 x 140 cm.”

“Mattress OK, but just dumped in the hallway expecting a 65 year old woman to lift it up herself!! Not insured to take it up stairs, but no problem walking on a gravel drive with it over one shoulder! Unimpressed!”

“At the moment your rating is poor. I placed my order 29th April. I received your email asking for feedback, but have not yet received my order. Having checked the order status it says 'waiting to be fulfilled' which frankly doesn't tell me much at all. I ordered these to go over a v pillow we have for my husband. He is due out of hospital after major surgery this weekend and I had expected the covers to be here before he was home.”

“goods not received yet. Almost a week now and no communication from the company since order was placed except to tell me its awaiting fulfilment. Need to chase it up but busy and shouldn't have to. Just as an update, when goods eventually arrived after 2 telephone calls, they seem to be of good quality at a reasonable price for our holiday accommodation. The management have apologised for the problems encountered. Would I order from them again? Based on quality of goods quite possibly but would think twice if I wanted them in a hurry.”

“It was not at all clear that a tablecloth order did not include napkins so to me the order was incomplete.On the appropriate site the napkins were indicated but not such that one knew to order separately. The speed of delivery was excellent.”

“Wrong size cushion pads sent. Dealt with well by the person I emailed and then rang to explain the error - so far. Apparently they will be replaced and I don't need to send the other ones back. Hope it works out smoothly as promised.”
