“my Oder hadn’t been dispatched without any calls, left bad feedback. They called me and explained the items were out of stock and I had been missed of the calling list they were very apologetic and said they would still be a few weeks. So I changed the order to a lower thread count and they dispatched them straight away refunded the difference and refunded the postage. So good customer service from the team. Thank you”

“Efficient, friendly easy ordering by phone. Unbelievably rapid delivery. The towels (700g) seem very good quality....thick, soft, well made, colour as advertised.
