my Oder hadn’t been dispatched without any calls, left bad feedback. They called me and explained the items were out of stock and I had been missed of the calling list they were very apologetic and said they would still be a few weeks. So I changed the order to a lower thread count and they dispatched them straight away refunded the difference and refunded the postage. So good customer service from the team. Thank you
