The mattress was excellent, the bed looked good, but the drawers were a different colour to the rest of the fabric. A replacement was sent, but arrived broken. Another replacement was sent and they were too small and a third replacement was sent which was also broken. I've given up now and have resorted to buying valance sheets to hide the drawers. Definitely WON'T be buying from BFD again. Customer Service tried their best under the circumstances.

I ordered the bed as had family coming ,it only just arrived in time but a leg was broken ,as I needed it that night we had to screw it ,which has not held so I have a useless bed frame .I wrote to you about this but no reply,I have since emailed and sent another photo ,still no reply ,as I said in my email I have PTSD depression and co morbid anxiety which in my case means I can't answer the phone or makes calls ,I rarely leave the house ,I am now seriously anxious about this and want my money back ,you can collect the frame or I will get it dumped ,still no answer!,I heard from customer service last Wednesday so I emailed back and they have not had the decency to reply

Sadly there is no rating less than poor. The bed arrived badly damaged. Into our third week after returning the bed, we are still awaiting a refund of our money, despite our phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend staying away from this company! When I left this feedback a few days ago, I was advised by email to contact customer services. Well, I spent the last four days calling. My calls have been routinely dropped, nobody could find any evidence of a collection being requested or of the return being received back in the warehouse. So they have on a number of different occasions promised to call back. I've not received one call back. Today I called up and got through on the fifth attempt. I then refused to put the phone down and insisted that I was left on the line until it was sorted. Only when I emailed the courier's proof of pick-up was the box miraculously found in the warehouse. I have been promised a full refund by tomorrow. We'll just have to see if this materialises. Otherwise I will be disputing this through my credit card. The lesson to be learned is that this company undercuts the rest, but delivers rubbish and then holds onto your money.

Bed itself was good when it turned up. Did not deliver on the day they stated, took a day off work to await delivery wasted. Customer services not helpful, don't answer calls, when you get through fob you off and do not offer any help. Will avoid this company at all costs in the future.

I ordered a bed on 3 sept, it is now 21 November and it still hasn't arrived. I keep been given delivery dates, only to be told at the last minute the bed is not available. I have arranged a day off work to wait for one delivery which never happened, and arranged someone to be at home for the second proposed delivery, which also never happened. I currently do not have a new proposed delivery date, having only been told it will be after 30 November. It would be nice to know what is happening - if I will ever get the bed I ordered, Or should I just request a refund and look elsewhere.

I didn't receive everything I ordered, ie. I ordered a headboard with the divan and mattress which never arrived. I was told the bed would be assembled for me which never happened, and customer service was terrible as one ever answered the phone or returned a message. Regards Vena Banga

Ordered bunk beds, moving into new house from overseas and needed beds for our girls. Organised for beds to arrive on day of moving in. Opened box to find one of the bed heads broken. It took 1.5 months for a replacement to arrive. Girls sleeping on bed with straps holding it together and could not put as bunks meaning small room was even smaller. All sorted in end but very poor service. It was a supplier issue for them but they sold me the bunk.

The slats on the bed keep falling out of there holes (so the mattress falls though to the floor would not recommend

There is a saying.. you get what you pay for... bed factory have re-invented that and it now reads..' no matter how much you pay we only manufacture cheap and rubbish' dont waste your time and money here.... better of going to somewhere like argos.. I ordered a bed on special offer with a mattress included. It is very poorly made! the material feels beyond cheap and mattress quality is horrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ... U HAVE BEEN WARNED! !!! We ordered an ottoman small double base. When it arrived on the day they said it would, I noticed after the delivery men left that the base was faulty. I phoned them back straight away, they advised I take pictures of the damage and send to them which I did. They agreed to exchange after seeing the damage. When the 2nd ottoman arrived it was also damaged and at this stage this is where their so called customer service completely broke down. The person I was dealing with stopped answering my emails or my telephone calls. I managed to speak to someone else who said they would not replace for a 3rd time. I ended up keeping the base because I couldn't be bothered with the hastlle . If I could rate them -10 I would I will never ever use this company again. Please use a different company save yourself endless calls and emails.

The bed is rubbish it hurts my back my ribs n my neck I called bed factory to exchange or get my money back from 2 weeks ago goin 3 weeks n no one got back to me

This is my complaint for my recent order with you of two beds. The service you have provided, is - to be honest - totally and wholly unacceptable. I have placed my order with you initially primarily because of your "next day delivery" You contacted me the next day and informed me that delivery will not take place the next day, rather on the 7th - over four weeks later!! Sine this delay was causing a lot of inconvenience, you promised and reassured me that it really will be delivered on the 7th. I therefore waited the whole day for the expected delivery, however it never arrived. I called you and was told that "really sorry - we should have called.." I definitely agree that you should have called but even more importantly the actual fact that you did not keep to your own commitment is nothing but shocking. To make things worse, you then committed that it will certainly arrive on Thursday. Again I stayed in the entire day - the 2nd day (!!) but I was totally dismayed to find out, upon delivery, that only one of the two beds arrived. This is just unacceptable, and I must stress, that I have never experienced such a poor service, unreliable and unprofessional to its extreme. During the week I called several timed to complain and speak to a manager, and at all times I was told that the manager will get back to me. I am still waiting for this phone call. I am rather shocked about this and will request a substantial compensation for this highly unsatisfactory service. I am sure you understand my deep disappointment in your firm and my severe inconvenience caused directly by your ongoing delays and incompetent service. I look forward hearing from you soon, and not just your generic reply

This has to be the worse company I have ever used , first their website was wrong so my order was delayed , then they sent the wrong item, then on the third attempt they sent two items and both had beeen damaged so we still didn't have a bed after three weeks , they also promiced a gift of a duvet that never arrived . Avoid .

Delivery let your company down. Wasted a couple of days off work waiting for item and the delivery company's lame excuses why they could not deliver on day agreed. For that reason I will not use your company again. Change the delivery company and I will do.

I bought a bed from this company on a friday which advertises next day delivery i mis-spelt birmingham and emailed them 10mintues after my purchase they emailed back saying this was ok and that they would deliver bed on tuesday as it was bank holiday i was ok with this. Waited in tuesday no bed delievered called them and they said that because it was bank holiday they only picked the order up today so they will deliver thursday, waited in thursday no bed.... Called them they said they'd call me back 4 hours later they called me back stating the bed was out of stock! Crap communication will never use this conpany ever again! Did not even recieve an appology from anyone, they took my money knowing that they never had it in stock and then had the cheek to tell me i'd paid for the item not that they took the money !!! They advertised it as in stock!! So took nearly a week to receive no bed.

The service provided by this company was shocking. The Mattress & Bed frame was supposed to be delivered on a thursday, on the Wednesday I get a phone call saying they had forgotten to process the bedframe, so will get it sorted urgently and it will be delivered Friday before 12:00pm. It didn't come. I rang up at 11:00am asking where the Frame was and they said it was still in the depo, will ring them and then ring me back. Got to about 2pm heard nothing so I rang YOU. I got an automated message saying you are now closed and have been since 12:30! Absolutely shocking service. Will never recommend this company!

Absolutely appealing service. The delivery was a joke I took a day off work and they never turned up. They lied that they had been, it was appealing service. They even supposed to take away the old mattress they never di. They promised to do it at a later date and never returned my class. Never ever use again easier to use someone with a good service delivery. Don't be sucked in by the pride .
