“ORDER #11737 - I returned the faulty water slide and Bebop UK customer service never refunded my £480. The company's phone number is out of service and they no longer reply to their emails at info@bebopfun.co.uk. How will I get my refund if the company is no longer active?”

“Bought this a couple of years back and it was ripped. They fixed it but was never quite the same. Bought another one, which we’ve only just set up and guess what - it’s ripped again!”

“Received in a timely manner, put the product up, it did look great, turned the water feature on that it came with. Had 3 children start to play on it, within the hour there were a number of mishaps, a couple of the children on separate occasions fell into the neshing wall (as they do while bouncing) and the walls are not supportive enough sand very easily fold over, the kids fell down the side become trapped in the neshing of the collapsed wall and scared. As well ass this, coming down the waterside part they were consistently sliding straight over the wall end at the bottom, completely out of the castle. I decided the product wasn't safe/sturdy enough for the children and so turned it off after no more than an hour. No damage done what so ever to the castle, no marks or anything. Called to request as return/refund based on the experiance but was told because it had been bounced on and been wet (it is a water slide/bouncy castle for goodness sake) they would not offer a refund or accept a return. How on earth was I to know the product wouldn't be sturdy enough until it had been tried. Appalling customer service, if a customer isn't satisfied with a product, like most offer products and companies out there, they should offer a refund. Terrible.”

“The slide is dangerous as there is no ‘run off’ area for the children to slow down on. They go straight onto the ground from the slide. Very poor choice of bouncy castle, wouldn’t recommend.”

“I think I might have been unlucky the quality of the texture is not brilliant . In some parts threads are pulling out of the main body. A replacement would be welcome !”

“I ordered a caste the thread was coming loose sent it back to them they said they wouldn’t send it back to me as it had mould on it (they informed me it was not a secure unit) so with having a water castle it would have mould on it I live in Scotland and couldn’t get down south to collect I told them I would get down when kids were off school and they threw the castle away Have now been reported to training standards such a awful experience and would never recommend to anyone”

“We bought our castle and it was fine for the first couple of weeks, then it popped, I say popped the seam all come apart. Granted they asked me to return it and they would fix it. It took them 4 weeks before they resent it. And low and behold the same thing happened again. We payed a lot of money for ours, and it didn't even last 6 months. Rip off!”

“The bouncy castle was sent out in two parts. We received one part yesterday but the other part with the pump was missing. I can also see it is not out for delivery today either. Our daughter was looking forward to using the bouncy castle yesterday and we had to tell her that she couldn't and now we are going to have to do the same today!! We ordered the bouncy castle last Wednesday. Where is the 48 hour service??? Terrible service. If I had of known this was the delivery we where going to recieve after paying £450 I wouldnt have bothered buying from your company. Why would both parts not be delivered together?? Definitely wouldnt not be recommending to anyone else. Absolute joke!!”
