The bouncy castle was sent out in two parts. We received one part yesterday but the other part with the pump was missing. I can also see it is not out for delivery today either. Our daughter was looking forward to using the bouncy castle yesterday and we had to tell her that she couldn't and now we are going to have to do the same today!! We ordered the bouncy castle last Wednesday. Where is the 48 hour service??? Terrible service. If I had of known this was the delivery we where going to recieve after paying £450 I wouldnt have bothered buying from your company. Why would both parts not be delivered together?? Definitely wouldnt not be recommending to anyone else. Absolute joke!!
