“Althought the product looks OK, it was the communication and delivery that let it down. The day I placed an order and paid for it, the next they were offering another £50 off every order, I tried contacting them and have had no reply, or any refund of this £50. Also the product was a 2 day delivery, there courier UPS took so long trying to delivery it they gave the driver too much work, and on a Friday failed to delivery it, where I was then told too wait until Monday, which was no suitable as I needed it for that weekend, so after a discussion, it was delivered the next day on Sat, however the box was all damaged, split open when it arrived.”

“Still waiting for my item to arrive. You said two days. I ordered this on Tues 23rd it is now Monday 29th and still no item. The delivery people called me Wednesday to say there was no street address on the order so I gave it to them and still no item????”

“Item was nice but not worh the money. Matrrials are of poor quality and were all coming apart in less than 12 months and with little use”
