“Purchased BEBOP 8 IN 1 ACTIVITY INFLATABLE BOUNCY CASTLE. Kids love it and have spent many continuous hours playing on it. Generally a really good castle. I had a couple of questions before purchase and customer services were also excellent… very helpful and responsive. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the storage bag is dreadful … it looks like a big carrier bag, you can only get half the castle in the bag and none of the spare bits / water tubes.”

“We ordered the Neptune tower inflatable water slide. The kids absolutely loved it and the slides provided endless fun. It was pretty easy to setup once you have figured out the instructions and slide’s placement with access to power socket/ water outlet. So remember to allocate 30 minutes if setting up for the first time. The call centre team is quite good, they were quick to answer the phone when I had a few questions before placing the order. I had two issues with the product. 1) The area where the kids climb up the slide is not rigid enough. So we had a child slip and fall on to the floor. We then added extra protection on the ground where the product edge met the flooring. On hindsight we could have bought the safety mat and placed it there. But since this wasn’t explicitly mentioned in the slide product, we didn’t think of buying it. If you can protect the floor where the edges of the bouncy meet, it’s a brilliant product. 2) The power cord is not very lengthy. So we attached an extension cord. The trouble with the extension cord is it can cause a safety hazard as the water could splash on the extension box. So we wrapped the extension box with a plastic bag. Overall, great product if you can workaround the issues mentioned.”

“The quality of the water slide is very good and my daughter loves playing on it with her friends. But the design means that when you turn it off all the water drains away making it feel both uneconomical and a waste of water so that I don’t want to use it very often. Just having small supports that would keep the paddling pool area erect overnight would make all the difference.”

“Bouncy castle is very good, kids loved it and appears to be off very good quality material, only small negative is the size of the storage bag it's basically impossible for the average person to get it in, imagine whoever decided to use that size bag has put away 100's of bouncy castles and found it easy, have had to buy a much larger storage box to store it.”

“My twins love this! It is a lot smaller than what you see on the website but I cannot believe the value you get for your money, it’s inflates very quickly and it’s bright. I’ve not used the water feature yet as it’s April and I’m not having 2yr old twins being full of cold but I honestly can’t complain about it I’ll definitely get my money out of this!”

“Easy to use website and delivery was in the timescale I was told. However, I have had to email some questions as we have had couple of rips on the castle, so just waiting for a response before I can comment on the after service. But so far I would recommend.”

“Overall a great product. Comes with everything needed. The pump works well and is as quiet (or noisy) as expected for anyone who has used a bouncy castle. Quality feels fine and sturdy. The only gripe is the velcro balls that come with the target are cheap and poor quality and don't stick to the target.”

“The slide could be longer and only really works well when it’s wet. The water cannon is a bit flimsy as it does not fill up with air very well. Apart from that it does it’s job and a big hit with the kids.”

“The bouncy castle is fabulous. So quick to put up and my 3 year old absolutely loves it. Giving 4 stars as we had this bouncy castle before and it came with a large zip bag which made storage super easy. This time the bag is a lot smaller and doesn't close. This has made packing it away a bit of a hassle. In general though the bouncy castle itself is 5*!!! :)”

“Order processed very quickly. Shame the delivery company delivered a day earlier than notified and no-one was at home!!! Therefore, taken to their depot and had to be collected!!!! Hven't had chance to use the castle yet but looks sturdy enough and children excited.”

“Great bouncy castle for boys aged 4 and even the 11 year old can safely play on there too. From order to delivery it was 2 days and managed to make the good weather which was nice. May be harsh giving 4 out of 5 stars but have done so as would expect a repair kit to come with the castle which did not. Cant fault castle aside though, great size and great quality. Dont hesitate to grab one if you can.”

“Great fun well made but the pool area in front on the slide should be longer, as my 7 year old granddaughter hits the outside surround as she comes down the slide, it would be much more fun If she landed within the pool area with space around her”
