shipping prices are stupidly high for small items.

Hi Jack, Thank you for your feedback. The shipping charges are a carriage charge which include a combination of the shipping cost, packaging and warehouse staff. We are very competitive on our bearing prices and prefer to keep them as low as possible rather than incorporating the other costs into our Bearing prices as other competitors do. Ordered some stop collars for my 1/4 endmills and first set only turned up with 1 of them being 1/4, after speaking with bearingboys they sent me out another set and these were wrong again had to drill them out.

I've rated you 'poor' because 5 mins after placing my order I realised I'd probably ordered the wrong size belt. I immediately rang up and was told no problem to cancel the order and refund cost. Later I received an email stating the belt was being despatched. I rang again to be told that the cancellation was noted and the item would not be despatched. It turned up a few days later and I still have it. Nothing wrong with the belt itself but it is likely to be too small.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The belt provided was not a Dunlop belt as ordered and snapped whilst installing. Hopefully, this will be refunded

Ordered some O-Rings, was delivered someone else's order, I called BB and they told me they would send out my O-Rings, after a week of waiting I called back to cancel the order as I'd bought some elsewhere in the meantime.

I ordered 2 belts for my Burgess band saw. They arrived quickly but the "teeth" on the belts were too big for the drive sprocket. I sent an email but got no response. I then returned the belts at my expense, hoping for a refund. Again, no response. The belts weren't that expensive and I can afford to lose the money but I'm not satisfied with this company and will avoid in the future. I've now sourced the belts from another vendor.

firstly, can't believe the reviews on this company. My opinion only, but ordered twice, failed to deliver twice. Products not on the shelf, as you are led to believe. Another great website that promises a lot, but literally, delivered zero on time, as far as my company is concerned. Wasted a complete weekend without the bearings we needed. Very expensive. In my world ex/stock means you can go to the shelves and pick up. E/stock in your suppliers is not the same.

Now there are several reasons for companies to claim the poor delivery of product. When the charge of delivery is excessive, then it should arrive on time. Unfortunately my products are still out there somewhere. Who knows maybe Santa will find them

Bearings have still not arrived eight days after urgent purchase, not very happy about that. They were in stock and dispatched the next day. Project seriously held up as a result.

Unfortunately, we haven't received the belts yet as sent to the wrong postcode, not sure where they are at the moment. Customer services could only advise that they'll either turn up or they will be returned to them.

I order 6 items and only 2 arrived I rang and was told the despatch and not made a mistake didn't like this as it suggested that I was not telling the truth I would be reluctant to order again

I don't like giving negative reviews. The receptionist was really helpful but the people picking the bearings off the shelf were, if I was kind, unlucky. I asked for 2 sealed bearings and got one sealed, one insealed. The next two deliveries were unsealed so I kindly pointed it that the serial number on the box of sealed bearing was identical to the unsealed, so maybe not entirely the packers fault. After a special notice was attached to the order to actually check the contents of the box before processing I finally recieved a sealed bearing in the post. A sealed bearing. Not the sealed bearing. There is no maker's mark on it. Just a random bearing in a plastic bag with no box. I've given up. I'll fit the unbranded bearing and hope for the best.

Firstly they sent only 5 bearings instead of 50 and charged me for the 50 , this was for next day delivery the package arrived 7 days later . Then the package was delivered to the wrong flat . Well done 👍 I’m impressed 😤

The service was excellent as the bearings were delivered next day. However when I came to use them they were both completely glued up. Had to spend some time cleaning and lubricating them to get them to move freely. I know they were economy but that shouldn’t mean they are bad. I was on the verge of returning them when one then the other finally freed up

The Bushes sent did not accept 10mm rod, I can only assume they are 3/8" Imperial internal diameter? Luckily I had a length of 3/8" Diameter rod I could use. Gary
