I've rated you 'poor' because 5 mins after placing my order I realised I'd probably ordered the wrong size belt. I immediately rang up and was told no problem to cancel the order and refund cost. Later I received an email stating the belt was being despatched. I rang again to be told that the cancellation was noted and the item would not be despatched. It turned up a few days later and I still have it.
Nothing wrong with the belt itself but it is likely to be too small.
