Funnily enough, I'd already sent a message saying that one of the rod ends you sent was made by Dunlop as you described, the other was a generic product that didn't look as well-finished. The reply said they were both Dunlop products when one had clearly been put in a Dunlop box without the same plastic capsule. I sent a photo of both items. No reply to that. I wouldn't be making this remark if you hadn't asked for a review.

The quality of these two bearings are not what I expected, The inner ring of the bearing is crooked, bore size are not the same, one bore is smaller than others, and I am not able to find the page of after-sale service. Hopefully I can get an explanation. It took three days to get my first order which is good, but for my second order, it haven’t shipped yet two days after I paid, and there’s no way to cancel it!

No problem with the products but I needed the bearing and oil seal next day delivery which I was told would be ok as there was plenty of time to get the order out. Next day delivery turned out to be a 3 day delivery!! I was not offered a premium delivery charge which I would have paid as the job was urgent. As I don’t and justifiably as it turned out, trust the Post Office, as my order was urgent, at the same time I duplicated the same order with Simply-Bearings and the order did come next day, which I paid £5 more on the carriage, but that didn’t matter. In both cases I asked for next day delivery. So boys, just some advice, don’t rely on 1st Class post when offering next day delivery, Simply-Bearings also didn’t bother to tell me that I would have to pay more for guaranteed next day delivery, they just billed me and I never questioned the price, but thanks I still have a second bearing in stock and oil seals, so I’m good!

From ordering to receiving the goods (The duplex chain and links) is too slow, and took to long, I needed the goods within 3 days not a week, should have gone to another supplier.

I ordered material from the Bearing Boys website. It arrived on time and was reasonably priced. However, I emailed the sales team to request a Certificate of Conformity and was told they could not give me one after an order had been placed. This would have been fine if this was mentioned on the website, however, it was not. When asked how to request a CofC before purchasing (as there is nowhere to request this on the website) I was told I had to phone or email them with a purchase order. Again, this is okay, but please put this somewhere on the website, as I now have a piece of material with no certification. And if I had known, I would have ordered it through another method. Thank you.

Item was listed and delivery was 2-3 days. The item was still marked as processing 2 days after order placed I called and was told would be posted that day. Not 2-3 days delivery had I known I would not have ordered.

Bearing prices were excellent as was delivery time, but the batteries turned out to be 4 times more expensive than some other places, I wrote to them to ask if there had been a mistake with the pricing but no one bothered replying. So i am disappointed :-(

Product and delivery times were excellent. Not so the 'Discount Codes' that I keep getting. Tried to use one for this order and it came back that the code had been overused (not by me)and I was not able to access it. What is the point of offering the codes if they don't work? I e-mailed to alert the company to this problem but they did not have the courtesy to reply.

I needed bearings last week. I was told a week ago that the out of stock item would be delivered in two to three days. We had to create a work around at the weekend so may not need the order

I can only score "ACCEPTABLE" as that is all I have done - Accepted it. The 3 belts are to be kept for spares for my "wheelhorse" tractor ( and hope it will be some time before I need to use them.

Your parts and service always very good but I’m still waiting for my order should have arrived 6 days ago and I can’t use my machine yet. It’s all royal mails fault I guess but maybe you need to change delivery company whilst they are being so useless. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more delivery to have them in time
