“There was a problem with my original order, in that two of the parts I ordered had been missed during dispatched. However, I sent an email requesting replacements, and I received a friendly reply and a notification to say they had shipped within 2 hours. Mistakes happen, but it's how the business recovers that counts. In my opinion, Bearing Boys gave outstanding customer service.”
