“Ordered a V-Belt on Saturday afternoon and paid extra for next working day delivery, which of course is Monday morning. Only bought from you as you had the next working day option. It didn't arrive and I phoned your offices. It was explained to me that, because it was a Saturday, it wouldn't have arrived on Monday. But your website assured me it would. Your man on the phone said he will 'have a word' about the extra £20.00 I paid for next working day delivery, and to leave it with him. You took all the money, and didn't give me a refund for a service you knew you couldn't provide. Taking money under false pretences sums this up perfectly, as set out in the Fraud Act 2006. Feeling ripped off !!”

“I only required 4 small toothed drive belts ( 2 to use and 2 spare) and when I telephoned them, they could not have been more helpful. They had 2 in stock of one type and they recommended another make and type. The two in stock were shipped immediately and the 2 back ordered were shipped as few days later. Exceptional.
