“I could not find what I was looking for on the website so I phoned, got through to someone that said they would look in to it and would call me back. No one called so i had another look on the website and lost the will to live, called and this time my questions were answered, excellent my faith had been restored. I was then told i could not order on the phone but had to go on the website! A week after ordering i called to see what had happened, i was told the goods had been delivered, sadly not to the correct address. A replacement order was despatched but it took rather too long to arrive. I had given up waiting and ordered from another supplier.”

It is extremely unusual for our courier to miss the expected delivery timeframe, let alone deliver a parcel to the wrong address. Please be assured that we have formally raised these issues with the courier and are currently awaiting their investigation and response. We are also very sorry that you did not receive a callback when expected and were left having to place your order online. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and recognise the inconvenience this has caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the carriage charge on your order. The level of service you have received falls well below the standards we set ourselves, and it is not reflective of how we aim to operate. Our customers deserve a much better experience, and we are genuinely sorry that we let you down on this occasion. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I found it very quickly on their website, ordered it in the morning and it was delivered by Royal Mail the next day and at a price considerably cheaper than those on sale at garden machinery stores.
