I give it no stars if I could. waited for delivery then was told package has arrived. When I rang customer service I was told delivery driver put parcel in letter box were talking about a battery in my letter box. Then they sent me a photo of my front door to prove dropping it off WRONG door thats 2 doors down from me then I got an email asking can I take a photo of my door so I did. Then to be told the delivery company will respond within 4 hours. Next day I was told the delivery driver dropped battery off across the road. So why did the delivery driver take a photo of my neighbours door and not the door across the road I did go over and no parcel. I purchased battery from battery station not the delivery company I should not have to chase around looking for my battery. Customer service very poor.
