No problems in the past but, this time, item disappeared in transit with Hermes. Money swiftly returned so no complaints against Battery Station.

I understand you may have a lot of requests for reviews which are somewhat annoying. This was for a warranty on batteries for a workshop machine that would not take a charge, after many emails to and fro with every detail but my shoe size i finally had to demand that they either send me replacement as product not fit for purpose or give me a genuine reason why not. I received the replacement within 24 hours. Absolute waste if my time and theirs. Other than this, good company.

Dear Paul, In order for us to be able to send replacements, like with any electronic product, there is a diagnostic procedure that needs to be followed to ensure that the batteries are faulty. Quick delivery service but packaging was damaged and battery boxes also. Looked as if they had been kicking about in the office!

Hi Martin, We're sorry to hear about the damage to the boxes of the batteries on delivery. We have spoken to you to ascertain if the batteries themselves are okay, which we are glad to confirm. On occasion, even with the best packing efforts, we do see boxes slightly torn or skewed as the cardboard is quite flimsy. The batteries themselves are almost always okay, as in this case. I have no problems with the products or price but delivery was by Hermes and Hermes deliveries to me are always terrible. I do not buy from any seller that uses Hermes to deliver products due to continual and repetitive problems with their deliveries. I always check to see if the courier is Hermes and in this case Hermes was not stated on their delivery page. Royal Mail was mentioned dependent upon package size and whether or not there was Lithium content. My order was quite small and had no lithium content but Hermes was chosen to make the delivery. The Hermes delivery yet again was terrible and I cannot purchase again for this reason. I am quite happy, and it positively encourages me to purchase if I have a choice of courier, even if it costs a bit more.

Dear Customer, Due to the weight of your order being 900g, it could not be sent by Royal Mail, as their Large Letter cut-off weight is 750g. Unfortunately due to the misleading information, on your website, I ordered the wrong batteries I required. The A23, 12 volt advertised turned out to be 1.5 volt, although they looked exactly the same as the ones I use in my bite alarms, they are completely of no use to me. Disappointed to say the least.

The batteries took a long time to arrive compared to other delivery services. One of the 2 packs of batteries that I bought had already been opened. SInce I don’t have a way of testing the strength of the batteries I could potentially have purchased used batteries

Dear Customer, The delivery of your order took slightly longer due to the bank holiday weekend but was within the timescale. We are sorry to hear that the packaging arrived opened. Despite the best efforts of packaging, the weak perforated edges on packs can become open during transit. All of our products are from brand new stock and we do no supply any used batteries. Hi Allan, Unfortunately, the tubs of 24 batteries are no longer being produced, so we had to upgrade to the retail packs. The tubs tended to become damaged quite easily. Not sure if it was a fault of Battery Station or the courier, but the package took well beyond what it should have, to arrive to me. There was no live chat at either Battery Station or the courier and pretty much stuck in limbo. All the time, the company obviously deducted monies. Thankfully, the package did arrive after just over a week.

I ordered on 16thFebruary and dispatch was on 18th February with Hermes. I am still waiting for delivery with nothing but delays from Hermes. Have they been paid to deliver?? No reasons given. Had to buy replacements elsewhere.as delays unreasonable.

Ten Procell D cell batteries were as expected but purchase let down by packaging. All batteries loose in jiffy bag having fallen out of box which could have been prevented by application of a little sticky tape.

I cannot fault the delivery time. Batteries arrived swiftly and I put them into my handset. The handset does not work however, so either these batteries are not powerful enough for the phone (they are the same code as the ones removed) or the phone has suddenly ceased to work.

Dear Customer, I looked at the products in your order and these batteries really are excellent quality. I doubt they are faulty as there have been no issues with other batteries from the batch. Hi Carl, You selected economy shipping when you ordered which is 3-5 Working Days. Your order could have been delivered on time up to the 2nd November but was actually delivered on 31st October so it was well within the on-time delivery window.
