There was nothing wrong with the product but the delivery time was far too long. The order was placed on a Monday, dispatched on Wednesday and not delivered until the following Tuesday. This was within the courier's time of 3 to 5 working days but is far longer than other deliveries. In the end I placed an order with Amazon and it was delivered the next day! My suggestion would be to get a quicker courier.

You claimed to be offering a discount and I believed that I had done as instructed at the checkout stage. Nonetheless, the promised discount did not materialise. Not very helpful!!

The code worked, and the instructions for use, including the location of the discount code field, were written in the email itself. Your rating for delivery was 5. Your rating for product 1. I fitted batteries in security sensors around the house, but then I had caused a fault, which I could not find. It cost £114 for the company to find that one of your new batteries was U. S.

When I first ordered from battery station I thought what an excellent service this is,but after trying to buy more this week I found it impossible to know whether the order had gone through but most annoying was not to be able to contact anyone by phone,so I am only able to rate from 5 to 2 sorry

I tried to order some additional batteries after my second order. But was unable to log in, also the phone No did not allow me to order Batteries. The first & second order I was satisfied with and they arrived very quickly

bought from before and was great bought 2 duracel 3v batterys and both were 2.2v when tested not enough to power toy very disapointed had to buy 2 at asda for £8

Hi Jerry, We hadn't heard from you at all regarding your order so we were unaware of any issues. I have had a look at your order and tracked it on Hermes, and I can see that the order took 10 days to delivery on the economy service. This should have been 7 days at the absolute latest and is usually 2 or 3. Please accept our apologies for this. The courier networks are already struggling at this time of year and are understaffed due to lack of drivers in places. So we are seeing some delayed deliveries. Batteries were a great price but delivery was a nightmare! I paid so much for delivery as there are different options, I had DPD email me saying they would be delivered by a certain day and time and didn’t show up. Then I had an email to say it was delivered when I hadn’t received them, then got another email with a photo to say it had been delivered to a different address. I adventually got them but I wouldn’t order from these guys again.

We send everything out on time but we are at the mercy of how well the couriers operate. Many of our products cannot be sent with other economy couriers due to their size and weight, but both our priority and next day delivery services are with ParcelForce. I ordered some batteries on 1/9/21 and received the order on 13/9/21 at 14:58. The batteries were fine but the delivery time excessive - Hermes were the carrier.

Dear Ronny, We're sorry that on this occasion the delivery was much slower than expected. There was an incident at the local Hermes depot which resulted in some delays. Dear Customer, This is simply completely not true. The individual packs of 6 are provided with the cells inside, airtight and sealed just the same as if purchased from anywhere. I believe you are complaining about the lack of the of the wholesale carton that they come in when we receive them, but we do not depict them in this way on our website, and we send 10 packs of 6. Dear George, I have looked into your order and I can see that you placed it on the 18th August, and it was delivered on the 19th August. I can checked our customer service system for tickets under your email address, and your name, and there is absolutely nothing there at all. So we have not received any contact from you at all. You have stated above that you got what you required, which was delivered the day after you ordered, delivery costing £1.49. I'm not quite sure what we've done wrong here. Bought Eneloop AA batteries. Charged and put in Oregon Scientific weather monitor. Stopped receiving temp. after 5 days. Removed batteries, recharged, same thing - 5 days and then blank. No idea what is happening. Have used Eneloop in GPS (turned on all day) with no problem.

This was for a warranty on batteries for a workshop machine that would not take a charge, after many emails to and fro with every detail but my shoe size i finally had to demand that they either send me replacement as product not fit for purpose or give me a genuine reason why not. I received the replacement within 24 hours. Absolute waste if my time and theirs. Other than this, good company.
