Be careful !!! I never got the shipment and they never returned the money as promised... Obviously never never will buy again.

Very poor service. Original order dispatched, arrived damaged with contents missing. Items returned by courier. Contacted you by email & phone , still awaiting replacement order to date of this review

I ordered some batteries and paid extra postage. After five days, I contacted Batteries 1st complaining that I had not received them. They stated that it was Royal Mail's fault. I received them after another three days. Very disappointed as they were good under their old name of Piggy Power batteries.

Two weeks after dispatch still haven't arrived. Have messaged and phoned - had to leave message. Had no response at all. Will be contacting my bank to get my money refunded. Definatley will never use again.

Very poor because one of the button cells had clearly leaked. I tried calling 6 times and sent 4 emails without a response.

Hi Col, As you may or may not be aware, some deliveries are taking longer than normal to arrive due to industrial action with Royal Mail. Not received batteries that were ordered 10 days ago. Spoke to customer service who said item had been dispatched but would contact royal mail to get delivery following day but 3 days later nothing delivered. Would stay clear of this company.

The light emitted is far from bright enough; the adhesive is poor, so they simply fall off; and quality of the item itself is rubbish.

Hi Judith. As discussed on the phone, you have to remove the plastic film from the coin cell in order for the battery to work properly. This will solve the issue you’re referring to. Many thanks.

Ordered some batteries didn't receive them. They blamed post office back log. Week later still no delivery. Got full refund.
