I have yet to receive them. Thats rather poor having ordered them 11 days ago! I will not be using eBay again.

I ordered my batteries with 1st class delivery almost 2 weeks ago now and they have still not arrived.

Awful service have not recieved the batteries and despite countless attempts no resolution. I am going to PayPal for money back. Will not use again.

Hi Owen, you have not given us enough time to resolve this. The tracking number is showing as delivered. As we said to you, we are trying to locate where the parcel was delivered. But these things take time. Especially given the current situation.

Batteries where sent out with Hermes for delivery item not received , even though Hermes says they’ve left it and was signed for I live in a block of flats and they need to be buzzed in and no such order was delivered paid nearly £20 for an order which I’ve not received

Not impressed The batteries arrived later than expected- which I suppose is expected at the moment. However they were also the wrong ones. I sent an email explaining this and have had no reply

Avoid. They send out cheaper versions of what they have advertise then argue it's just different packaging. Even when Duracells website states it's a different cheaper product! Cheap for a reason!

Hi Alison, as discussed on the phone this was down to Duracell rebranding the majority of their products. What you received is what you ordered in slightly different packaging. Sorry for the confusion.

Order never received. Tracking details and tracking number sent for Royal mail never linked. I reported via email after a week that my order had not arrived. I received a reply saying sorry and that a re-issue would be sent. Two weeks from ordering and still nothing. I phoned the supplied 0330 contact number which went to answer machine/voicemail. I left a message request a refund. I will try to call again and also contact PayPal who I paid through. Very disappointed and could not recommend.

Avoid - Never got the batteries or the replacement batteries that they allegedly sent, or the refund that I was promised. They did respond to emails though, it was just that they failed to follow up their promises with action.

Dear Customer, As discussed on the phone we agreed to allow a little more time for the original order to be delivered. When we spoke again you asked us to issue a refund. We informed you that refunds take 3-5 days to be issued, that's why you didn't receive the refund straight away. We can now see though, that your refund has been received. Ordered batteries as I have done many times in past, order arrived on time, opened and found one set of batteries was wrong type, tried contacting on phone number only to get message saying leave a message, left message with contact details, still waiting for a call, not impressed
