“cheapest price for duracell rechargeable 2500mah. delivery arived in around four days, which is aceptable and average, whichever courier it is. while batteries1st dont actualy send a dispatch email, it,s easy enough to view the progree by clicking view my order. i,d order from the again in the future if/when i need rechargeable batteries.”

“There appears to have been a discrepancy with Evri over whether the initial order had been despatched but after I contacted Batteries 1st a replacement was sent out straightaway. Mistakes happen but this one was put right without further delay.”

“Good customer service. The order never arrived and the tracking number only said the delivery company was expecting the parcel. This parcel did not arrive after a week. I contacted customer services and they arranged for my order to be shipped again and arrived 3 days later. Maybe time to use another delivery company other than Evri as their reputation is very poor and judging by my experience am inclined to agree..”

“I ordered my batteries on 5/10/2023, as they had not arrived within the allotted time I emailed Batteries 1st on Sunday 15th to inform them of this. Today Monday 16th, I received a reply and was told that a replacement order is on its way. I'm hoping that my order will arrive this week, but I'm quite happy with the way they have reacted to my email. I'm almost sure that it is their courier service that is at fault.”

“Prompt delivery. Bought Duracell batteries to go in BMW car key fob; unfortunately they were not powerful enough and the car would not start using the new battery. Spoke to a very helpful BMW garage who had come across this problem before and advised us to buy Varta batteries. These work.”
