“I ordered a pair of Yuasa NP18-12B batteries for my UPS. I was prepared to pay a bit more for good quality and Batteries 1st offered a very competitive quotation. The batteries were shipped out promptly within 24 hrs which was confirmed by a notification of receipt from Royal Mail/Parcel Force. However, the latter managed to send the batteries to the wrong distribution centre and it too them around 3 days to correct the error and make the delivery. This was obviously beyond the control of Batteries 1st. Fortunately the batteries were undamaged despite their tour of the North of England and final trip to Hampshire. I think that you take pot luck with some of these companies though; I ordered some batteries from The UPS Centre and they arrived damaged after 3 weeks, 1 totally dead and 1 wouldn't take a charge, and I couldn't get a refund or replacements, and they blocked my email account. Now that's a real shower.”

“Easy to order on website,Delivered on time and at a reasonable price for the items. Only gave 4 stars due to battery has just been fitted to the house alarm sensors and I can't judge the life span yet. Hoping for at least 2 years like the previous batteries I've used and if that's the case I'll order some more....upping to a 5 star rating on the next review.”
