“Very difficult to contact Batteries 1st, I made a mistake on my order and ordered the wrong type of batteries. I tried emailing, email doesn’t work and bounced back, trying telephoning and just got an answer phone. I left a message with the issue but the wrong batteries still arrived. Shame as the website and delivery where great.”

Dear David, Sorry to hear that your delivery took slightly longer than usual. We can see that you ordered on the Thursday evening before the Good Friday bank holiday. As there was a long bank holiday weekend at that time, this is what caused the delay as goods were dispatched on the Tuesday.
