“Expensive P&P, then there is VAT added at the end. Way past the delivery date and I still don't have my batteries.”

Hi Derek, We can see that your order was delivered two days after you placed the order. The VAT is included in the order value and also the postage. The VAT amount states how much VAT is included for the whole cost and is not added to your postage cost. We will contact you directly to discuss the details of your parcel. “Disappointing. The batteries I ordered were delivered promptly but were well out of date. "Best before 2019" and didn't work. When I notified them of the problem, I was told on 1 May, that they would be replaced. I have not yet received them. Jenny Mokrysz”

“I haven't recieved it, I think it's still with Hermes, they have it, on tracking it says with the courier, but it has said that for 2 days, on the track parcel screen it doesn't say it's with the courier, can you chase it please, never had a problem before. Still not received it is now well over due, Hermes tracking still says the same”
