“Bought a bathroom cabinet by HiB. Was worried about delivery (direct from HiB) because of an upcoming short break away. Phoned Bathquest to ensure delivery did not coincide with time away. The cabinet was (coincidentally) delivered that same day but HiB called to ensure that it would be ok because Bathquest had been in touch Great, prompt service - and the cabinet price was pretty good too!”

“I cannot comment on the shower yet because I am still waiting on my plumber but all looking good. Bathquest delivered when they said. Given all the problems with the EU and covid it was refreshing to find a company who told me how long it would take. I have run a business honesty really works. Well done.”

“Complete satisfaction as I’ve taken delivery of my new HiB cabinet today that is now installed. It was straight forward ordering through Bathquest, who I chose as prices competitive and they were kind enough to keep me updated on the order progress even when my email had glitches. Thank you to HiB delivery man who phoned before delivery & delivered on time.”
