“Better than outstanding. Ordered 4 pm on Friday and we had it by 9.00 am Saturday. Knowledgeable and courteous. Product worked fine, too.”

“Outstanding service from a small family run business with personal attention to detail. My wife hadn't played the cello since her school days so the option to rent for three months with the option to buy at the end of the agreement was perfect. Needless to say we purchased the cello which is a quality instrument and comes complete with a good bag and bow for far less than the same purchased from a music shop. Ken Strachan”

“I needed a bass saxophone bag - quiet unusual - and I found one with BassBags. I needed some extra informations about the bag, and they were very responsive by phone. The product was fully conform to the specs and shipped in time (UK -> France). The finition quality is really good, and the bag is made by and at the company workshop (not imported), which really matters to me. I warmly recommend! François”

“I loved the service I got from Bassbags when hiring a double bass from them. Everything was wonderful, the instrument sounds gorgeous and the bow is good for student quality. Price-wise, I've seen that they compare favourably to other string retailers and they will deliver to anywhere!. There was a slight problem with my instrument upon reception, a buzzing on the G string. However, bassbag dealt with that swiftly (it just needed a string change) and at no charge. Excellent service.”

“Having been let down by other suppliers I discovered BassBags - from first contact the updates on locating and suplying a Bass double bow case were first class. The Gewa case supplied is both attractive and strong, internally the shaped cushioning holds the bows perfectly. The service provided by BassBags has vastly exceeded my expectations - a BIG THANK YOU to David and his team”

“I've had a superb service from Bass Bags. Very prompt, helpful and friendly from the very first e-mail enquiry I made about hiring a 1/4 size 'cello for my daughter. A very thoughtful and friendly, personalised, no fuss service. It's a straight forward and inexpensive monthly direct debit payment. My daughter is enjoying her 'cello playing and when she needs to progress to a half size 'cello we'll be looking to continue with Bass Bags. I highly recommend this service.”

“I hired a bass for a choir touring in the UK. Bass bags could not have been more helpful, from advice on what to hire, being available on a Saturday afternoon to collect. The bassist commented on the high quality of the instrument set up and sound. I would recommend to anyone needing to hire musical equipment.”
