“Very satisfied with my purchase. The item selection was excellent and really good quality. Arrived by DHL exactly when promised. Goods were packed in a very nice box which is ideal to keep as a storage box. I placed my order in the USA for UK delivery and it was handled very smoothly with updates on how it progressed. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

Hi Anne, thank you for the feedback. We're so pleased the hamper was well received. We're sorry you were disappointed with the delivery. We do try to explain at checkout that in the month of December we work in delivery weeks, rather than specific dates. So the date you select at checkout is the latest date the gift will arrive. We react to information supplied to us by the delivery couriers at their busiest time of year. We trust this goes some way as to explaining why it was a little bit earlier than expected. All items inside also have a post Christmas best before date, so as everything can be enjoyed over the holiday period. Many thanks, The BG Team.

“I have been using BasketsGslore for several years now. I can tick off Christmas orders to family members. They do an excellent job with the variety of products, especially with savoury versus sweet selections. I really appreciate the delivery service they use who have returned several times to one errant friend who never seems to be home All in all a great job and they will control be my Christmas go to.”
