“I live in California and wanted to send a condolence basket to the UK. Contacting BasketsGalore made it so easy. Being able to "chat" online with a helpful employee enabled me to customize the basket. Our friends received the basket a day later via DHL and were very impressed with both the variety and the quality. “I opted for the "fill your own basket" choice and I was delighted with the selection of goods on offer. The basket arrived promptly on the requested delivery day. It was extremely well packaged and all the contents were secure in the basket. Presentation was excellent with a few unexpected, but much appreciated, fabric flowers which really set off the contents to a tea. This was a gift for my daughter who was delighted to receive it and she remarked that the magazine was this weeks current issue which was an added bonus. I would definitely use this service again. many thanks.”

“I ordered a special Birthday Basket from Australia to be delivered in the UK and the whole process was a breeze! So many choices of gifts, easy payment system, and VERY quick delivery! My daughter was thrilled with her basket...and so were we!..she opened it over SKYPE so we were able to share the moment with her! Dear Raewyn, I can assure you that you haven't been charged twice. Your first attempt wasn't successful. You will notice on your statement that it says "attempted" or "denied" beside one of the transactions. We are sorry if this was confusing - we have no control over how the credit card company presents this info. We will also contact you privately as way of reassurance. Kind regards, BG Customer Care.

Hi again Glenn, As explained in our email communication the 2nd charge is a pending payment. Your card issuer has made the decision to show the failed payment as pending. Most banks do not use this policy, it is card issuer specific. We have no control over the way in which individual banks handle the transaction information. I am sorry for the confusion your credit card company has caused. I can assure you that only one payment has been made to ourselves. We will follow up with you again privately. “I sent a condolence basket to a business colleague whose 32 year old son-in-law had died suddenly and without any symptoms last weekend, just 3 weeks after getting married. The feedback from the family when they received the hamper was lovely. It evidently brought some warmth and hope to an understandably gloomy and grief-filled home.”
