To my knowledge this basket has only been despatched but no confirmation of delivery has been given when tracked. It was due for delivery yesterday 21st December/

Hi Sheila, thank you for your comments. We were sorry to read this review as your gift basket was successfully delivered on 21st December as requested. It maybe just hadn't been updated on the couriers website when you tracked it via your account. We are always happy to help you track deliveries if you drop us an email. This is by far the worst shopping experience i've ever had! I have requested to send a package to my friend on her birthday today and yet you have messaged her asking her to pick it up from your office which is more than 60 minutes far!!! I have paid for express delivery and was promised that the package will be delivered on the date ive requested. I am very embarassed because of your poor delivery standards.

Hello Sara, we were sorry to read your review. I think there has perhaps been some confusion here. DHL attempted to deliver the parcel today as requested, but unfortunately no-one was at home to sign for it. DHL do text the recipient with options such as collecting from a depot or local store, but if this isn't suitable they will also reattempt delivery if you call the number on the calling card. I ordered a hamper basket with a variety of goodies on Tuesday via the website as I have done so on two other occasions but today upon receiving the hamper I felt very disappointed; firstly I feel that I was overly charged for two very small balloons when it appeared on the website as it was of a bigger size, secondly I ordered a chocolate chip cookies bites tub 140g only to be sent a packet of cookies 120g & thirdly the gift card is poorly designed with no effort. I will not be recommending this website to my friends or family nor will I be purchasing from this site again. Very disappointed with Basket Galore as spend a lot this time. If anything they should refund me for the false advertising & over charging me!

We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed in the Gift Basket you created yourself Rehena. Our balloons priced at 4.99 GBP are advertised as 9 inches in size. An 18 inch balloon would cost upwards of 13 GBP Our self designed Gift Cards are included on a complimentary basis, unless you opt to pay for the upgraded Luxury Gift Card priced at £2.50. We are sorry if the design was not to your liking. The Chocolate Cookies were replaced with an alternative brand of Chocolate Cookies as we had temporarily ran out of stocks. It is company policy to contact customers to notify them if we make a product substitution, and a complimentary item is normally included to apologise for the inconvenience. We will be investigating this with packaging team. We will of course also be contacting you today Rehena to discuss further, as we are committed to exceeding our customers expectations. Sent a wrong card to recipient. Should be happy mothers day as per picture and description, instead grandma card was sent.

We have a few different designs of Mother's Day gift cards available, the one you see in the picture and also mother and grandmother ones. As your gift card message mentioned the recipient is a granny, the member of the team processing your order selected this card for her. We're sorry if this wasn't appropriate. The message on the balloon in the basket had the Mother's Day message on it & we trust the rest of the contents were well received & enjoyed.
