“I ordered a granite parasol base, unfortunately the 1st one was not well manufactured. Parts did not fit properly and the granite edges were rough. However, Barnitts responded very quickly and sent a replacement which was fine. So full marks for Customer service/support and for the product. It is really strong and the weight ensures that even large parasols (3x2m) are well supported.”
