“Thank you so much to the staff at Barnitts for all the help and work that you put in to getting my bistro table to me. It is now happily living in Ireland. “Order received very promptly. Unfortunately, one item was damaged but the issue was resolved straightaway and with minimum fuss. A replacement was received within a couple of days. Great customer service and very happy with product.”

“Prompt delivery. Unfortunately the BBQ has some damage (not due to packaging). Phone call to Barnitts to explain the situation that it appeared that the damage would have occurred before the item was packed at source. Was called back quickly to confirm they would replace the BBQ immediately and would take back the damaged item. Within 48 hours we had our new BBQ. Excellent service. Highly recommended.”
