“Order of three packs of 25mm chair feet. Was sent two 25mm packs, and one pack of 28mm. not the best first impression, probably wont order from you again.”

“Ordered item on 17.4.14 . Email confirming dispatch in 24.4.14. Still nothing arrived on 30.4.14 so email sent asking for estimate delivery time . No response . Later on 30.4.14 email saying order cancelled and second stating refund would happen in 3-5 working days . No response to email asking someone to contact . Telephone conversation stating that despite paying extra for delivery it couldn't be delivered . No offer of alternative and very much lack of customer awareness . No apologies and got stroppy when I asked for the name of person who I spoke too . Information passed to trading standards. I would never recommend this website to order anything”

“Only slight issue was when I had brought it on line it had been out of stock, which I only found out after I brought it, it only took just over a week so it was not a problem but it would have been nice to know first! Everything else was very good.”

“I ordered items on 27 January. I contacted Barnitts by phone around 25 Feb as I not received the order, there was an answer machine so I left a message but nobody got back to me. The tables arrived last week and they do not resemble the picture and I want to return them. the picture indicates dark mahogany and they are not dark at all.”

“Arrived on the date I was advised and had texts and emails to confirm. Well packaged and in excellent order, just what I wanted and an excellent price too. Would recommend this company highly”

“The carrier was very efficient but the bin arrived badly damaged. I contacted Barnitts and was told the bin was now out of stock so I am currently awaiting a replacement. As the box containg the bin was badly damaged it was obvious there would also be damage to the contents, why didn't someone check before packing and despatching it?”

“Sadly, I had to wait for six weeks to get a delivery of a fork and spade that was 'in-stock' when I ordered it. Turns out the items I wanted weren't in stock after all and I didn't even get an apology when I queried why it was taking so long. They really need to sort out their customer service and be truthful about whether items are in stock or not.”
