“Lovely watering can just what I needed if you leave the plastic ones out too long they get brittle and crack or leak all over the place looking forward to using it good quality delivered quickly and reasonably priced”

“Very pleased with the service I received. From the initial phone call through to collection of the goods I can't fault them. The young man who dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful - he even carried my bulky items to the car park round the corner for me! A truly traditional store - it's a pity that there aren't more stores which provide this kind of service. Highly recommended.”

“I was in York and passed the shop window where I saw a couple of items I wished to purchase. Unfortunately, my train home was leaving before the shop opened the following day. I rang Barnitts after I'd got home and described the items I saw over the phone. The next day a very helpful member of staff helped me to purchase the items over the phone and they arrived here (in the West Midlands)via DPS yesterday morning. All in all, excellent service on behalf of Barnitts so well done to everyone involved”
