“Their price was good. delivery was quick. Due to a misunderstanding by me, I thought I was going to have to return the item and I contacted Barnitts to ask what they intended to do. I had an immediate response from them saying they would replace the item by courier and exchange the item with a new one. Fortunately we didn't have to so because the original was perfectly good. I would definitely do business with this Company if I ever needed similar items Victor Boddy”

“Absolutely the best service online I have had. Regular txt to tell me when my item was being delivered, and it was here about 8 minutes after the start of the one hour window. And his name was Steve. I will definatley use this service again. It was exceptional. Well done Barnitts. I think you should teach other companies how do do the same. WELL DONE.”

“Really happy with both the product and the service from Barnitts. My hamper had some damage to it when it arrived- most like from delivery rather than at Barnitts - it was very simple to get in touch with customer care who immediately arranged a replacement which arrived a few days later. Five star service!”
