“We live in Southampton, quite a way from York. Whilst there in the summer we bought some wall lights, one of which has proved to have a fault. Barnitts could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem. My only complaint is "Why not open a store here ? " In the days of large chains it is refreshing to have really personal and exemplary service.”
