“I have used Barnitts on a number of occasions and always happy. This time one of my items was marked special offer and reduced by £2.00, I was charged the full price . I phoned not so much to complain merely for clarification, the chap I spoke to said he was sorry this had happened and immediately refunded me the £2.00. First class service. Cheers Jamie.”
