“We ordered the set of 6 Dunoon Iona Shape Fine Bone China Mug - Garden Flowers. As they had 3 of the 6 in stock at the time of ordering, we ordered the others from another supplier, and Barnitts price-matched their price, as they promise they will. Then one of the mugs cracked on the second time of using, and Barnitts agreed that this wasn't as expected, and sent a replacement to us, free of charge and with no charge for delivery. Excellent customer service, I'd say. Many thanks!”
