“Thank you BargainMax for helping me find a Generation doll outfit requested by my granddaughter that had proved impossible to track down until I found your website. The only problem occurred when the delivery company left my parcel at a neighbour's house without leaving a card to tell me it had been delivered. Your Customer Service department was extremely helpful and even offered a replacement or refund if it couldn't be found, but fortunately I eventually tracked it down so this was not necessary. Very good service from you....not so good from Hermes!”
