“I stay in Central Scotland but according to this company I stay in Rural Scotland so therefore I don’t qualify for the free delivery. I wonder how many other areas in Scotland are classed as rural and are being charged delivery unnecessarily”

“I had two different orders and two different experiences one order I couldn't fault the 2nd order it took a while to get a response from them and quiet a few messages and emails for them to finally sort the order. Over all brilliant toys but they could do with better support when u contact them”
