“The worst customer services I have ever had. My parcel got returned as they tried to deliver when I wasnt in. They redisputed my items that I had been charged for to someone else and did not refund me until I rang. Items out of stock. I was refunded eventually but was shocked by the humar errors and lack of communication. But also the way that it was all handled i will never buy from here again!”

“Been waiting 2 weeks now for customer services to investigate what has happened to my item. Apparently, the item was delivered. Why would any courier leave a package in a very exposed area on 31st October (Halloween night with so many people walking around.) Been promised someone will get back to me but I always have to chase. And I'm still waiting.”
