“First time ordering with this company and unfortunately they did not meet expectations. I ordered and paid for a product to be next day delivery instead of the free delivery (2-4 days) but it didn't come the next day. The company argued that there was a 1pm cut off time for next day delivery, which i had seen, however the option for next day delivery was still available online when I ordered. It went through and on my confirmation email stated it would still be delivered the next day but was not. When I spoke to customer service they were very rude, unhelpful and refused to refund me the delivery charge. Also, the quality of toy I received was not as great as advertised and not worth the money. I won't be ordering from this company again unfortunately, I'll stick to retailers I know in future.”
