“I had searched online and found BargainMax, I hadn't heard of the company and was a bit unsure, but the item was at a great price with free postage, so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm so glad I did, very easy process, kept up to date with order information and super quick delivery, with the item being perfect and as described. I would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.”

“Excellent item at a brilliant price and delivery was quick. However I missed the parcel and I paid for next day courier service. It did not come the next day and I got in contact with BarginMax via their help service. Unfortunately no one replied back. Thankfully I got in touch with the courier as he was delivering another parcel for me and he chased it and it took five days for the parcel to get to me.”

“Bought a Hasbro Transformers: Energon Igniters Nitro Series - Optimus Prime toy on the 15th July hoping it would be plenty of time for his birthday on the 2nd August for my nephew’s birthday as I let him choose what he wanted as a present. Upon receiving the wrong product, it took a few days to get a reply and when I did, they wanted me to keep the wrong product at a discount! I said no, I told I wanted the correct product I had bought that was advertise. It then took another few days to get a reply...finally got a returns code which wasn’t a simple process, sent the parcel back on the same day I got the return code. Waited for 1 week with no update, finally they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement product. I said replacement product as long as it arrives by the end of the week in time for my nephews birthday...got an email saying they’re giving me a refund as they can’t promise delivery by then! So so so disappointed with the service, communication, no product, no surprise present for my nephew as he didn’t know I was getting him this for a present. Not a good buying experience and a waste of time chasing them with emails!”
