“Cheap price but poor customer service and a defective toy. We ordered a toy and when it arrived the lights and sounds didn’t work. I replaced batteries but it still didn’t work. I went on their website and there is no straight forward refund process. When I eventually found the info it simply said to contact them. No link to how to contact them, so then found the form I. The website that said world respond in 1 business day. Several weeks later, still no response. I have tried again in that time and checked junk mail etc but absolutely no response. No phone number or other way to contact them, will definitely not be using again.”
