“Surprisingly good. Got older stock in at RRP prices (price had inflated quickly due to scarcity). Post took a touch longer than some; bit it was free which was also a welcome surprise. Should similar items come up again I would have no hesitation in using B-max again.”

“I recently bought a jigsaw and board from BargainMax and was extremely impressed with their service and delivery. I was informed when the order was on its way and again when it was expected to be delivered. Both items were were safely packaged and arrived on time. I definitely would recommend this company and would be more than happy to buy from them again 👍😀”

“Cheapest prices for toys and always delivered on time. I have ordered quite a few times from here and usually everything is fine. Only had an issue once where there were pieces missing from a toy and they couldn't replace it. They refunded 1/3 of what I paid.”

“Not great service at all. I ordered on the 6th of April for next day delivery it didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they said it should be with me in 24hours but in the meantime they refunded my delivery. 8th came and still nothing and I contacted them again for them to say I had to wait a further 48hours for Hermes to let them know what’s happened with my parcel. Now 48hours have passed and had no communication with bargain max to tell me what’s happening and still no item. I’m very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Customer service was nice to begin with but after the second time of speaking with them they was not helpful at all. I would not suggest purchasing from them if you expect your items next day. I know it’s difficult times for everyone right now but I feel they should not offer a service of next day delivery if they can not commit to it. I’m now waiting for a reply to my emails to get a refund”

“I placed an order with Bargainmax for an item at a bargain price. Unfortunately there were issues with the item but their response to solving the problem was 1st class. All correspondence was very prompt, polite and the issue was resolved quickly. I would recommend them and will be purchasing from them again in the near future.”

“Item I bought was at an excellant price and delivery was within 2 days. Slight fault with the item so I contacted customer services and actually got a personal response same day. Rebecca was very good and helpful and I am very impressed with the service particularly from Rebecca and Bargainmax.”
