“My parcel has been with courier for 12 days “processing”! Bargain max customer service assured me that I would have it by the end of last week and it still says “processing” on courier website! One line blunt answers from customer services no apologies or explanations for delay! Going to have some disappointed kids at Christmas!”

“Very poor service . I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for her Christmas But very very disappointed when the doll arrived as I opened the package if was filthy as if it posted in an old vacuum cleaners bag I had to clean it first as it was actually shocking not only that but the actual package was badly damaged . You live and you learn . So never again from bargain max You get what you pay for Be aware.”
