“One order went great, second one they just decided to cancel without volunteering an explanation. When I questioned it they said that the offer price that I bought the item for had been incorrect, pretty disappointing; if you advertise for a certain price I think customers should expect to receive the item when they pay that price, but perhaps I'm old fashioned....”

“Good prices and quick delivery. Only downside was that the colouring pencils in with my order were open and all over the delivery box with the other items. Apart from that everything was fine”
