“Delivered one full week after advertised delivery date on ordering. Using Royal Mail. Worst reliability for delivery . No tracking available until after the first delivery attempt. Difficult to contact to arrange a redelivery. No information re dispatching so who is at fault for poor delivery service is in question.”
