“Have been using this Company for a couple of years now, primarily through one person, Inga. Very easy to communicate and arrange trips, tailor-made or not, and arrangements are always spot on. Latest trip was a tailor-made holiday to Norway for 3 weeks with everything (flights, hotels, travel, excursions, car rental) arranged in advance by Inga. Everything went flawlessly. Highly recomment.”

“Our Baltic tour was blessed with glorious weather to wander around historic sites and be expertly guided by our tour leader, who provide lots of history and context and was attentive to details for our comfort. The major Baltic Cities are a visual feast and visits to local crafts/services helpfully broke up the longer bus journeys. All the accomodation was excellent. BalticTravel provided with us with detailed information and itineries and helpfully reseponded to any queries we had.”

“I generally dont write reviews, but had such a fantastic trip on our recent 10 day holiday to Norway, it felt right to share my experience. Baltic Travel arranged everything for us - flights, hotels, ferries, trains, etc. and provided extensive explanantions for our itinerary - websites, travel to hotels, train stations, etc. so at no time did we feel at all lost. Also, the price for the holiday was less than I would have expected (and lower than other trips I'd seen) so the price is good as well as the service. Also, the team at Baltic Travel are very responsive - I had a problem checking in for our flights and Daina quickly soretd things out and sent me our boarding passes without me even asking - fantastic services from start to finish. The hotels picked by the team in Norway are very good - there was also breakfast in each hotel as standard, which Im not used to, and the food quality and variety was the best I'd ever had on a holiday. I will certainly use Baltic Travel again!”

“This was a wonderful trip taken by 5 family members. The administration was first class and the commication was excellent. The weather was generally very kind. The hotels were very comfortable with great breakfasts. We ate extremely well, often trying cafes and restaurants recommended by guides and sometimes looking to see where the locals ate and following them in. We had four different guides across the three countries and the Palace and without exception they were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and led with a good pace. The sights were really interesting and the guides took us to places not readily available in tourist books so we got the best of both as we could catch a tram or visit other places in the afternoons. We can thoroughly recommend this trip.”

“The hotels were number 1. We had requested an updrade and were not disappointed. Hotels were centrally located. Various destinations were well chosen. Vehicle was an appropriate size, however, communication with the rental car company was difficult. We enjoyed our trip very much.”

“Good introduction to understanding and appreciation of the Baltic states and their history. Days were busy with good amount of free time to allow for our own exploration. Tour leader was very organised and clear in his communication. Only disappointments were the medieval dinner which was just an ordinary dinner and the Latvian dinner which was extremely noisy, average food with the pavlova dessert base hard - worst meal of the trip.”

“i had a wonderful holiday in Poland. The hotels chosen by Baltic Travel were excellent and, apart from one, very conveniently placed close to the railway stations. Very good information was provided by this company including maps, instructions etc. All helped to make this a wonderful holiday with a company I would have no hesitation travelling with again.”

“We had a fantastic time in Tromso on a Northern Lights trip in March. Daina was incredibly helpful and everything ran smoothly. The instuctions for each step were very clear .The company that were used for the Lights tour were brilliant and went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. I wold definitely recommend this Company!”

“Easy to book trip and Laura kept in touch . Good instructions with maps to show pick up places. We were unlucky with Reindeer sledging as too warm and a refund issued for this part came through in a couple of days. Trip not cheap but everything worked well”

“Spent 4 nights at the wilderness Nangu Resort in Finland. 4 of us had a fantastic time, we couldnt fault anything. Food was excellent, staff terrific , experinces out of this world. Weather perfect and we saw the northern light more than once. The whole thing was so well planned and timed. Laura at Baltic travel was so herlpful before we went in anwering questions and giving advice. An expericne we will all remember for ever.”

“Can't praise this travel company enough. Our Northern Lights trip to Tromsø went without a hitch. 2 flights each way, taxis from and to the airport all went smoothly and the hotel was lovely. The Northern Lights chase was fantastic and took us all the way to Finland to find the lights. Mine was quite a late booking, so I had need to phone a couple of times, and always someone there to answer within a few rings. Would definitely use again. Thank you”

“We have just returned from 3rd holiday booked through Baltic Travel and once again they didn't disappoint! We opted for a whistle top tour of Sweden and Norway, with Polar Express Journey. We had a fabulous time and were even lucky enough to see have seen the Northern Lights in Sweden. Flight times were excellent as was the accommodation, with lovely views of the fjord from our hotel in Narvik. Unfortunately our the train journey was delayed/cancelled, however after a quick phone call with Daina, this was quickly remedied and a taxi was booked in it's place. The taxi followed the train line and so we didn't feel we had missed a thing! A big thank you to Daina for organising this lovely trip. Lookig forward to booking our next trip with Baltic Travel!”
