“We had a fantastic 6 day holiday on Poland. This company organised everything from hotels, transfers and trips. Everything ran like clockwork. We had a mix up with seating on the flight that was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Dana, including a lovely bottle of champagne waiting for us at the hotel to say 'sorry'. A fantastic travel company, with excellent communication from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“We have just returned from a wonderful personalised holiday in Finland Lapland which incorporated every experience we hoped for. Snow mobiling, husky sledging a night in an aurora bubble, during which we were lucky enough to see the Northern lights. Baltic travel provided lots of information before hand and had great communication throughout the booking process. I have every confidence our next holiday to Norway will be as smooth and well planned as this one was :)”

“Highly recommend. I had the most magical week on the Aurora hunt across the border tour and it was made even better because I didn’t have to worry about anything. My guide met me at the airport and sorted out all transport and tickets and helped us around. She was called Cecile and she was very lovely and helpful. All the accommodations were incredible and I can’t believe how much I did in those 6 days: Santa Claus village, dog sledding, snow mobilling, ice hotel, exploring Tromso, dinner cruise, seeing the northern lights. A once in a lifetime trip.”

“The trip was wonderful. The flights were good times and Daina was really helpful changing a flight to suit us. The hotels were all centrally located, spotlessly clean and great staff and breakfast. The overnight cruises especially Baltic Queen were something we loved and the entertainment was fun. Baltic travel company documents were hugely helpful with maps and locations of hotels and best public transport to ports or airport. Overall a great holiday and thank you Baltic travel. We highly recommend this company.”

“Inga at Baltic Travel was very responsive both in terms of initial guidance as to which trip might suit us and then continued to be helpful in assisting us with modifying some aspects of the trip to suit our specific wishes. North Norway was fantastic, the hotels and pre-booked trips were all excellent and we're glad we took Inga's advice on these. The itinerary was quite full and included a quirky night/day ferry for our transfer to the Lofoten islands which turned out to be a great experience and ensured we made the most of the time we had. An unforgettable trip ! Thanks again.”

“Myself and my wife have just returned from an excellent holiday in Finland. we stayed at the wilderness hotel resort of Nangu. This incorperated many baltic safaris, and excurtions, which were all most enjoyable. Inga, and the baltic travel company ,made sure that everything was arranged for us, despite the Finns going on strike. If I was to go for another holiday to the baltics, I would not hesitate to re-use this company. Having looked at the resorts own prices I believe, we have saved money, by booking the package through this company.”

“Nikola was so helpful and responsive in helping us plan this special trip to Finland! We submitted our initial inquiry late one evening with just a few details as we didn't even know what we were looking for - all we knew we wanted to see were the Northern Lights. Nikola emailed us the next morning with a few options and helped us figure out what we wanted to get out of the trip. What really stood out to me is that Nikola had been to on a similar Lapland trip herself, so she was able to share her personal experience and give advice on the clothing! Everything was booked seamlessly and we were provided all the details and documents in good time before departure. Throughout the year, Nikola was very responsive if we had questions about the right clothing or what to expect for some of the activities. Baltic Travel partner with amazing resorts with a wide range of activities and the resort gives you your personalized activity schedule upon arrival. We loved this trip and would absolutely go back using this company.”

“I found Baltic Travel quite by accident on the internet, and what a lucky find it’s turned out to be ! I wanted to visit Norway and see the Northern Lights but beyond that had little idea of what I wanted to do, or where I wanted to stay. Step forward, Baltic travel rep. Nikola Stenka 🙇 Before I booked, Nikola listened patiently, offered me great advice and came up with an exciting itinerary. Stating the obvious, Norway in winter is cold, and January 2024 was especially cold. Travel plans were disrupted - The Polar Express which we’d booked didn’t run - but behind the scenes Nikola and Baltic Travel were making alternative arrangements for us. It was great to know people back in London were looking out for us. What I especially appreciated were Nicola’s emails checking if we were ok and, then once we’d got back, sharing with her our adventures. Nicola’s an excellent rep for Baltic Travel and I will definitely be booking with her, and them again.”

“Our holiday highlights included driving a snow mobile across a vast frozen lake, and in and out of the forest, to a reindeer farm, and spending a night in a lakeside glass igloo. We had never experienced a snowy holiday or been to that part of the world before, and we were not disappointed - we had a great holiday!”

“Trip booked: Polar Express Train Journey Brilliant service frima Daina from start to finish for our trip. We only had a limited time away, recommendations for which trip suited best before we booked. Settled on the Polar journey as had a good balance of excursions, 2 countries and plenty of free time to hunt the northern lights. Booking was very smooth, excellent communication throughout. All booking confirmations/tickets sent before departure. Unfortunately our train journey was split with a replacement bus 1/2 way ( track damage due to -40°c weather) Daina kept us upto date will all changes and made sure all new tickets were sent. Accomodation included was excellent, both with on site restaurants. The Dog sled excursion was brilliant. Thank you, 100% recommend”

“Recently returned from Finalnd where we opted for the Lapland for Lovers holiday. Although only three nights, it felt like a much longer break. The organisation of all the trips was brilliant and the location stunning. Apparently there were 200 people staying at the Wilderness Lodge but it never felt like that at all. With so many activities comprising of small groups, it only ever felt intimate and small scale. Highlights were definitely the Aurora Borealis (we saw them every night), the wild reindeer out on the lake, the wild husky ride (before and after my driver fell off) and the colours of nature. The sun stayed just below the horizon but the colour of the sky was phenomenal. The cold was extreme (-35 wind chill when we were there) so be prepared for that but the kit/clothing included in the stay were great. Overall, the staff at the Lodge were superb, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We would go again in a heartbeat. Finland is beautiful at this time year. A big shout out also to the Travel Operator who had to cope with my constantly changing dates and requirements. Thank you for your patience!”

“This was the first time using Baltic Travel Co and I am so pleased with the service they provided. Inga booked the whole experience from start to finish. We were very pleased with the final booking. Nothing was too much trouble when we needed to shuffle things about, the expertise was excellent. We had five days in total which were filled with activities. Although we had delays both ends and problems getting home due to weather. Inga was fully on hand to help and assist us. She made sure we had the fullabout, the expertise was excellent. we naa rive days in total which were Tea with activities. Although we had delays both ends and problems getting home due to weather, Inga was fully on hand to help and assist us. She made sure we had the full information needed to navigate the issues. I would certainly recommend the team at Baltic travel, Inga especially has been excellent throughout our whole holiday experience.”
